PILATES CLASSES ALSO AVAILABLE TO HELP IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY AND STRENGTHEN THE CORE MUSCELS.
Strength & conditioning sessions available for under 16's to senior level teams.
- Full access to gym weights and machines.
- Body weight exercises without the use of heavy weights can be taught to groups of younger teams.
- Strength & conditioning programs run over a 12 week period at €5 per person per week with minimum of 15 per group.
- Speed mechanic sessions for outdoor training. Teaching players different sprint techniques from the drive phase to max velocity building strength from the ground up.
