Great results and great fun at Bootcamp! It's not about the fit getting fitter, it's also for the UNFIT to get fitter, faster and strong. No two classes are the same and your body will look and feel better after Bootcamp with Alan.
Tabata Bootcamp is an exciting workout with various HIIT timing principles. It is the perfect combo of movement, motivation, and maximum engagement among participants and is effective in ages 20-60's!
ONE to ONE TRAINING
€40 per hour
€170 for 5 one hour sessions
€60 per hour for two people training together
€280 for 5 hour sessions for two people training together

We offer tailored, focussed personal training in our high spec gym in Swords, County Dublin. Train in pairs for some fun and receive a reduced rate.

Alan has been based in Swords for many years. He recently moved his business to Slaugh Hall, behind the Swords Boxing Club at Fingallians GAA CLUB, Seatown West, Swords, Co. Dublin. Alan trains private clients here as well as bootcamp and Pilates classes.
The facility has a large selection of Dbells, Free Weights and Strenght & Conditioning machines. It is fully heated with a private room for classes and stretching. There are changing facilities and toilets on site.
Our classes are mixed. We welcome all levels of fitness. Pilates classes are held in a separate room off the main gym and Bootcamp uses the main gym floor for Circuits and smaller studio for Tabata.*

Your diet plays a huge part in your success. We recognise the split as 70% diet and 30% exercise.
When you sign up for personal training with Alan Dunne you will receive a meal plan, hints and tips for keeping focussed on your goal, whether it is weight loss, toning up or getting fit for that special day. Including healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and sample snacks.
