  1. It is advisable to consult with a doctor before starting any new nutritional programme.

  2. Tabata Bootcamp is a great way of reducing body fat and losing weight. They are 4 week group training programs that are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol and other various HIIT protocols.

  3. Results will vary depending on the individual.

  4. All classes are held in a 4 week schedule. If you join mid month your block will be adjusted accordingly. Missed classes are not carried over.

  5. COMBO. One class of Pilates and one class of Bootcamp per week over 4 weeks.
