Tabata Bootcamp is an exciting workout with various HIIT timing principles. It is the perfect combo of movement, motivation, and maximum engagement among participants and is effective in ages 20-60's! We offer a first class free policy!
Terms & Conditions:
We recommend a minimum of two classes per week.
Wear comfortable clothing to ensure you don't overheat and can stretch adequately.
Never take up any new exercise during pregnancy.
Drink plenty of water when exercising.
Tell your instructor if you have any concerns about aches or pains you might be experiencing.
Always consult your doctor before taking up a new exercise regime.
